Michael Bacanin or Mikey (known to all as) has been drawing since the age of 4. Following studies at Art College and Staffordshire University graduating with a degree in Graphic Design in 2004, Mikey has always walked the creative path paying his respects to Neville Brody and particularly David Carson. With a passion for Drawing, Art, Illustration, Comic and Graphic Novels, Design, Graphic Design, Photography, Print and Painting, Mikey is a determined and 'ever learning' versatile artist/designer with a view that a pencil, pen, Mac or camera are simply tools to assist the creative thinker within.
Residing in the heart of the United Kingdom (Staffordshire) means no waves but Mikey has the ocean firmly in his heart and soul making regular trips to the Southwest of England (Newquay and Woolacombe Bay) and the coast of Wales to play in the surf and firmly believes that in the not to distant future relocation to the coast will be possible. He also dabbles in writing literature, poetry, lyrics and makes music having sung his way around the UK.
